How hard is being an assistant anyway?

So I have been on Universal, Paramount, and Warner Bros looking for executive assistant jobs. There are some available but you have to have like two years of experience, and that i don't have. How do I get experience? I have to find a job or doctor my resume to make it look like I have experience. I mean, this is Hollywood, who doesn't lie? And besides, I have been an assistant. Yes, it was only for three days and it was for an academic conference but still, and assistant none the less. I can totally handle it. I have read books and seen films about being an assistant. It should be totally easy. Well, in theory it should be, but who the hell knows? You'll just have to tune in and see.
